Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for: Hotel operations: planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results in all hotel departments. Leading and inspiring high performance in hotel teams, continuously evaluating and maintaining high-quality service and efficient work processes. Ensuring the correct implementation of Meliá Hotels International procedures and policies, in line with strategic plans.

What are we looking for?

• One and a half years' experience as Resident Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Previous experience in 5-star leisure hotels.
• Ability to lead hotel operations with a strong focus on the guest, with great attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
• Dynamic person with a host profile and ability to lead teams.
• Proven ability in Human Resources Management and Talent Development.
• University degree, preferably in Tourism.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Geographical mobility.
