Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Centerspace is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 71 France Apartments in Edina, Minnesota. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and community engagement with a 28-hour-week schedule and base pay of $18–$21 per hour.

You will drive leasing activity, coordinate move-ins, and deliver top-tier customer service while reporting to the Community Leader. A pre-employment assessment is required as part of the selection process.
