Offer Description
Work environment : The EuroMov building on the UFR STAPS campus houses specific technical platforms (motion capture, motion simulator, functional exploration, and bioelectromagnetism) associated with a EuroMov Digital Health in Motion Research Unit (Montpellier University, IMT Mines Ales) combining movement sciences, health sciences, and data science.
Main mission : Research organization: participation in the development and drafting of deliverables for the study of central (working memory, EEG) and peripheral neurophysiological response thresholds to exposure to a magnetic field reaching 100 mT at 50/60Hz.
Activities : Continue developing the experimental platform within the EuroMov building as part of the Lawson-RTE-Univ Montpellier collaborative project; Conduct validation studies on the new electromagnetic device implemented on the platform and its effects on the peripheral nervous system and cognitive functioning; Train young researchers by supervising Master's and PhD students in research and through research, in synergy with the users of the EuroMov Digital Health in Motion research unit.
