Research Operations Lead – Scale & Automation

Mistral AI is seeking a Research Ops Manager to build and operate the shared systems that let our science organization move fast at scale. You will own the operational layer underneath research, designing clean systems, automating what should be automated, and ensuring researchers spend their time on science, not infrastructure overhead.
