Job Description

Position: Représentant support client A400M at Airbus Defence & Space, Orléans.

Location: Air Base Orléans-Bricy. The department TASRF1 comprises 150 collaborators and subcontractors, 4 managers. The A400M Service Center includes 90 collaborators, supported by Competence Centers in Spain. The role is based in Orléans, with occasional visits to other French Defence entities and, occasionally, secured A400M deployment sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and advice to the French Air and Space Army in support technical and operational areas, specifically troubleshooting to meet contract obligations.
• Act as interface between the client, the French Air and Space Army, and the ADS AOG technical centre (C.C.C) to address all technical questions.
• Serve as local lead copy for missions: participation in the local CSR team; tracking PFR, analysing aircraft data; recommending maintenance to the client; acting as local contact with DATA /Smart Force teams centrally.

Requirements

• Familiar with AIRNAV usage.
• Experience with A380/A350/A400M aircraft.
• At least 5 years of professional support experience on A400M or A380 (MAP/FAL/Flight test/others).
• Proactive and tenacious problem‑solving skills.
• Client‑focused orientation.
• Team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure in a tense environment.
• Programming skills (Python, Excel, macros, etc.).
• Language skills: French (negotiation), English (advanced), Spanish (bonus).

Additional Information

• Travel to France and Spain 1–2 times per month.
• Shift work and on‑call duty.
• Required security clearance or eligibility for one.
