Rental Sales Representative – Power Systems
Wagner Equipment Co. seeks a Rental Sales Representative for the Power Systems used equipment division.

Essential Functions
- Use internet and industry relationships to source and sell used equipment.
- Use photos and inspection reports to assign value to used equipment.
- Travel to seller facilities to inspect used equipment as needed.
- Apply technical knowledge to estimate needed repairs to improve sellability.
- Work with service departments to define repair scope and ensure repair invoices are appropriate.
- Maintain Wagner and industry web sites with current photos and pricing.
- Email special used equipment offers to self‑created list of dealers, brokers, and customers.
- Determine disposal of equipment via auction and coordinate with Auction House.
- Regularly identify used equipment that can be purchased and resold at good margins.
- Resolve discrepancies in purchased equipment, negotiate pricing, or return to seller.
- Produce professional quotes including repair and freight costs.
- Create sales orders including all costs.
- Work with Sales Admin to ensure accurate, timely invoices.
- Arrange inbound and outbound freight.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred).
- 1+ year customer service experience.
- 1+ year sales experience.
- 3+ years technical, electrical, mechanical experience with engines, generators, and air compressors.
