Your Responsibilities:

• Represent a well‑known international car rental brand
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in French
• Assist clients with new reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1 level or higher)
• Good English skills for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities

• No previous experience is required
