Overview
Oslo is a railway company and a 100% SNCF subsidiary, operating the OUIGO train services. We are looking for crew members on board to maintain quality of service and contribute to safety. This position is a first step for gaining experience in rolling stock, with potential to evolve into a train driver role.
Responsibilities
- Act as ambassador of customer service, greeting, informing, and supporting passengers throughout the journey.
- Control travel tickets and associated options (baggage, services) at the platform and on board.
- Provide information about OUIGO services, connections, and travel conditions.
- Make announcements (commercial, practical, connection‑related).
- Handle disruptive situations promptly and with a service mindset.
- Assist with services on board (snacking, distribution of water).
- Ensure smooth operational operations: manage flow during boarding, guarantee comfort (cleanliness, equipment availability, hygiene products, waste collection).
- Check stocks and equipment, control goods, manage bottles.
- Report technical anomalies and malfunctions to relevant teams.
- Carry out simple technical operations such as adding water if required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in railway operations, specifically as a train crew member, is mandatory.
- B2 criminal record check (clean).
- French level B1 oral and written; must be evidenced by a French diploma or language test certification.
- Required qualities: strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, rigor, responsiveness, availability, and versatility.
- Adaptability to an agile, complex system as a newly created SNCF subsidiary.

Hours & Travel
Working hours are aligned with train schedules and client needs, on a shift system, covering evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Travel required on Paris‑Nantes, Paris‑Rennes, and Paris‑Bordeaux lines (daily and occasional excursions).
