Renewal & Upsell Specialist - German & English

NetApp in Paris or Cork is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to own the renewal process for existing customers, driving retention, satisfaction and upsell opportunities. You will guide customers through their contract renewal journey while maximizing value of our services portfolio.
