Remote US Sales Performance and Operations Lead

CarCutter seeks a Sales Manager, Performance & Operations to lead a remote US sales organization of 10–12 Account Executives. You will build the performance operating system, create visibility into performance, and translate data into actions that improve pipeline, forecast accuracy and quota attainment.

You will own the weekly rhythm, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to drive predictable growth.
