Remote UHNW Lifestyle & Operations Manager

Talantir seeks a Lifestyle & Operations Manager to act as the mini-CEO for a private family ecosystem, handling logistics, travel, properties, staff, finances, systems and overall life flow. The role aims to remove most operational questions with structure and flawless execution for an UHNW entrepreneur and family.

Key responsibilities include calendar and travel management, property oversight, expenses and staff coordination, plus building standardized Notion workflows to ensure order and
