Remote Trust & Safety Product Lead

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of safety initiatives for AI-powered consumer platforms.

You will translate legal requirements and user feedback into concrete features, safeguards, and measurable improvements, working with Engineering, AI/ML, Compliance, Product, and Support teams. You will lead moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, dashboards, and safety reviews for new features.
