Remote Technical Support Engineer for Data Backup

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve customer issues, guide configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid problem-solving.

The role requires experience in data backup, strong knowledge of Veeam products, and bilingual English and French communication.
