Remote Technical Support Engineer – Data Backup & Security

Object First is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver efficient technical support for data backup products and related hardware. The role involves diagnosing issues, guiding customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

You will work with VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V, Ubuntu Linux, and Windows Server, ensuring best practices and robust documentation while communicating in English and French.
