Remote Technical Lead - SaaS Eng & Squad Coach

360Learning is seeking a Technical Lead to guide one or more product squads within our R&D group. You will coach engineers, own technical direction, and stay hands-on with coding up to 80% of your time.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive performance and influence product visibility across the platform. You will collaborate with CPTO, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure reliable, scalable features while mentoring team growth and career paths.
