Remote Technical Account Manager – Self-Hosted Security

Sekoia is seeking a Technical Account Manager – Self-Hosted to join the Customer Success team. You will guide on-premise deployments, including air-gapped environments, from architecture through upgrades and renewal, collaborating with CS and Sales to maximize value.

You will lead workshops, validate infrastructure requirements, and ensure security hardening, resilience, and performance. Remote-ready in France with occasional travel.
