Remote Tech Support Specialist (France) - AI SaaS Platform

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in France to troubleshoot complex platform issues across integrations, APIs, messaging, and AI features. You will operate in a follow-the-sun support model, conduct hands-on debugging, and lead live sessions to resolve high-impact cases.
