Remote Site Reliability Engineer - Cloud Ops & Automation

SoftPro, a leading real estate software provider, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Operations Team in Raleigh, NC or remotely. You will help ensure SLAs, design observability, and build scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, implement high availability and disaster recovery, and contribute to incident response and monitoring.
