Remote Service Delivery Lead — Governance & Excellence

Wire is seeking a Service Delivery Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of the Service Delivery and Customer Operations function, driving governance, capacity planning, and performance reporting.

You will manage incident response, change and release processes, mentor a growing team, and partner across Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to deliver world‑class service for our diverse customer base from Berlin or remote in Germany.
