Remote Ruby Software Engineer - AI Training & Code Review

Alignerr is seeking a skilled Ruby Software Engineer to help design, evaluate, and improve real-world coding scenarios that train AI to understand production-grade software. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week, allowing you to work independently and on your own schedule.

You will review backend services, reason through system design, and contribute to AI training datasets while ensuring high-quality, production-ready Ruby code.
