Remote Real Estate Sales & Property Manager – Contractor

Jobtailor seeks a proactive ALB sales agent in Capbreton, France to identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with property management. You will prospect for apartments, houses, villas, and unique accommodations while building a client portfolio for recurring income.

You will negotiate management agreements, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and manage owner/guest relationships. The role supports flexible remote and field work with commissions based on performance.
