Remote QA Generalist — SaaS Quality & Support

Kolsquare is seeking a QA Generalist to join our Quality team, performing hands-on manual and functional testing, owning test case documentation, and managing incoming support tickets to keep our SaaS platform reliable as the team scales.

You will report to our VP Product, Stefan Bauer, and collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering, with opportunities to grow into automation and AI-enhanced QA over time.
