Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in full autonomy.
- Selecting, qualifying and recommending the best candidates to your clients.
- Follow up on candidates during the whole or part of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- You have at least two years of recruitment experience (including internships and apprenticeships).
- You are able to spend a certain amount of time each day on recruitment projects.
- You have good interpersonal skills and perseverance. English or Mandarin speaking skills is preferred.
- You have your own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels.
