Remote People & Talent Lead — Equity & Growth

Kestra is seeking its first dedicated People lead to own recruitment and HR operations across multiple countries. You will partner with the founders and hiring managers to scale a distributed team, shaping processes from sourcing to equity management and onboarding.

You will collaborate with Administration, Workplace Operations and Finance to coordinate contracts, payroll, benefits, and local compliance, while developing a clear, scalable people strategy.
