Remote People Success Project Manager (HR Transformation)

Huxley is seeking an experienced People Success Project Manager to lead several strategic HR transformation initiatives for a global organization. This role is fully remote with a 12-month contract starting September 2026, requiring 6–8 years of PM experience and strong HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Digital, and IT, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions on a large scale.
