Remote ML Lead: Insurance Pricing & Growth

Dalma is seeking a Machine Learning Lead to own the advanced modeling layer for our insurance products across France and Germany. You will bridge data, product and pricing, delivering end-to-end ML solutions from exploration to production.

You will work with our Product & Tech teams and report to the CIO, expanding ML scope to churn, claims, fraud detection, and pricing. Fluent English is required; French or German is a plus. Local Paris or Berlin location, or fully remote with regular trips.
