Remote Lead Software Engineer - AI-Driven Full-Stack Leader

CoderPad is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our EMEA Engineering team in France (remote). You’ll design, build, and ship full‑stack features across React/TypeScript frontend and Java/Node.js/Ruby backend, taking ownership of critical problems end to end and guiding the team toward scalable, reliable software.

You’ll work with Product and design, review code, write tests, deploy on GitLab/AWS/Kubernetes, and apply AI tools to accelerate delivery.
