Remote Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales & Care)

Ringover is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and recruit across Sales and Care roles in France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia. You will source candidates, run first calls, and help shape our employer brand in a fast‑paced, international setting.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to build processes, refine scorecards, and ensure fair evaluation, while contributing to campus and event outreach to attract top talent.
