Remote Junior Legal Counsel for DeFi & Real-World Assets

Centrifuge is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our fully remote team, working with the Chief Legal Officer on due diligence, onboarding investors and issuers, and contract negotiations. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance law and DeFi, offering exposure to global regulatory frameworks.

You’ll support RWA transactions, navigate cross-jurisdictional requirements, and help develop scalable legal resources for product and fund operations.
