Remote IT Support Specialist (EN/ES) — Help Desk Expert

MyVA Support is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 100% remote role. The position targets LATAM-based candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English, bringing a strong IT foundation and a passion for troubleshooting across help desk disciplines.

You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, track and route incidents, and maintain customer data while delivering excellent support. A proactive, customer-first mindset is essential.
