Remote IT Help Desk Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

GOA-TECH is seeking a Help Desk Specialist with an IT background to provide top-notch support for our team and clients. This is a 100% remote role, open to LATAM-based candidates bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage Zoho CRM and other tools, install and maintain IT systems, and document inquiries to resolve them efficiently while following security protocols.
