Senior Customer Success Manager

Currently in a fast-growing phase, we are looking to expand the Customer Success team with a Senior CSM.

The job

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to help our customers maximize the value of Comeen. As a Senior CSM, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform while driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, providing training to help them adopt and benefit from Comeen’s solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact for strategic guidance and issue resolution.
  • Conduct QBRs: regular check-ins, and other customer-facing activities to ensure customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and provide proactive support
  • Advocacy & Feedback: Be the voice of the customer within Comeen, sharing insights to help improve our product and services.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with our Product and Support teams to address customer challenges promptly and effectively.

As soon as possible

What you bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding and exceeding customer needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with cloud solutions and workplace tools like Google Workspace.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French; proficiency in other European languages is a bonus.

Salary based on experience and qualifications.
