Remote HR Director - Manufacturing & People Strategy

HP Hood LLC is seeking a Director of HR to manage HR functions across its Fluid/Culture/Ice Cream Plants in a remote capacity. The role includes overseeing a wide range of HR responsibilities, such as staffing, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates should have a BS/BA or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Competitive compensation between $180,000 - $200,000.
