Remote Healthcare Quality & Patient-Safety Expert (IXO)

ixolabs.ai seeks an IXO expert to develop patient-safety and quality-improvement cases, from incident analysis through corrective action. You will explain evidence for systemic causes and flag superficial analyses.

The role requires clinical licensure (RN) or CPHQ certification, at least two years in quality or safety, and the ability to produce clear findings and improvement plans. This is remote work with a target of about ten hours per week.
