Remote Head of Operations & Strategy

MUI is hiring a Director of Business Operations to offload executive initiatives and build scalable business foundations. You will lead cross-functional projects, design systems, and drive high-leverage decisions across Finance, Marketing, Product, Sales, People, and Engineering.

You will report directly to the CEO, manage a small Ops team, and scale processes in a fully remote, async environment. The role emphasizes execution, precision, and organizational design for a fast-growing product
