Remote Global Care Compliance & Security Lead

Alan is hiring a Care Legal & Security Specialist in France to own GDPR, privacy operations, and regulatory case handling across multiple countries. You will build processes with Legal, DPO, and Care Ops, guiding a 300-agent Care team toward compliant and scalable operations.

You will design training materials, improve workflows, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring consistency across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
