BlueView Talent is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to identify and engage top international talent from anywhere. You’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule, and collaborate with a global team on fast-moving recruitment projects.

Ideal candidates have at least a year in recruitment, strong time management, excellent communication, and the ability to invoice as a freelancer across Europe. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
