Remote Founding Account Manager — Fintech Payments

Fipto is seeking an Account Manager to build and own the post-sale relationship with strategic PSP and large corporate clients. You will design an AM function from scratch, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Compliance.

You will report to the Head of People and help define processes, governance, and playbooks while establishing a scalable, data-driven approach to client success across a growing fintech platform.
