Remote Forward-Deployed IT & AI Engineer | Equity

Mindflow is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on IT & AI to work with enterprise IT teams, understand their environment, design automation architectures, and help move solutions into production.

You will lead technical discovery with ITOps, ITSM, cloud and DevOps teams, design end-to-end automations, build integrations, deliver proofs of concept, and translate constraints into robust architectures. This role is remote-friendly across France and Europe with a competitive equity option.
