Remote-First Head of Legal: Fintech & Regulatory Strategy

Dfns, a fast-growing fintech and digital asset infrastructure company, seeks a Head of Legal to own and drive every legal matter globally. You’ll shape commercial contracts, IP, litigation, HR and regulatory affairs across markets, building frameworks and playbooks for scale.

This is a remote-first leadership role reporting to the CEO, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to translate regulatory requirements into product features.
