Remote-First Digital Recruiting & Onboarding Owner

Accor is seeking a seasoned HR technology professional to own the digital recruiting and onboarding lifecycle across SmartRecruiter, AssessFirst and SAP SuccessFactors for corporate and hotel populations.

You will drive needs analysis, define structured requirements, manage the domain backlog, and govern change requests with autonomy and accountability. You’ll create adoption materials and engage TA teams to make the tech feel like a tool, not a barrier.
