The Candidate They Seek
Our client is actively seeking highly skilled Level 4 qualified advisers to join their dynamic team. They value adaptability, expertise, and a global perspective in candidates. Whether located in the UK, Europe, or the UAE, candidates from diverse geographical backgrounds are welcome. The role is flexible and not tied to a specific office location. Advisers with an established client base in the UK who wish to move to Dubai, or UAE‑based advisers seeking to return to the UK with their clients, will be fully supported in maintaining and growing their international business.
The Must‑Haves
- Big ambitions and hunger for success
- Passion for serving clients across borders
- Minimum Level 4 UK qualification (Level 3 considered only if based in the UAE)
- At least £10m clean AUM (not tied up in contracted regular savings products)
- Proven track record of building a client bank

Notes
Applicants must have at least three (3) years’ client‑facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII, or equivalent). This is a performance‑driven, client‑facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
