Remote Field Service Engineer – Genomics Instruments (EMEA)

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support sequencing instruments in laboratory settings. The role is remote-based with significant travel across Italy and the broader EMEA region.

You will install, maintain, upgrade and repair advanced NGS instruments, troubleshoot hardware, software, and chemistry, and document findings in the CRM system. Fluent English and Italian are required alongside strong communication skills.
