Remote Fenestration Software Support Engineer

Forterro │ FR is seeking a Support role to assist customers with our software packages for windows and doors construction. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and responsible for ensuring efficient resolution of issues, updating the ticketing system, and collaborating effectively with customers.
