Remote EV Charging Service Engineer

ABB E-mobility is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve issues on charging infrastructure from a remote setting. You will support customers, T1/T2 teams, and field engineers, ensuring timely problem resolution and clear guidance for next steps.

You will work across cross-functional teams, share knowledge through guides and trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. Occasional travel may be required and English proficiency is essential.
