Remote EMEA Service Director: Lead Growth & Excellence

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Service Director, EMEA for a remote-friendly role based in Europe. You will lead LMS Field Operations, drive service revenue growth, supervise a 120-person team, and ensure customer satisfaction across the EMEA.

The role requires a university degree (master’s preferred), 10+ years in a global organization, and experience building customer-facing field service teams. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.
