Remote District Sales Leader, Life Sciences (France)

Element Biosciences is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to build and lead our sales team in the French and BeNeLux regions. This remote role reports to the General Manager, EMEA and is based in the French region.

A strong background in genetics and NGS is essential to develop key accounts and drive revenue. You will develop the district business plan, motivate the team, set quotas, forecast demand, and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
