Remote CX Platform Operations Manager

Remote is seeking a Platform Operations professional to join our CX team, helping to administer Zendesk, Vitally, and related tools. You will own platform reliability, automate workflows, and partner with engineering for integrations, while maintaining clear documentation and change control.

You’ll operate cross-functionally with support, success, and operations to scale CX tooling, reduce manual work, and implement AI-enabled improvements that improve agent productivity and customer outcomes.
