Remote Customer Success Manager – Hospitality SaaS (France)

Jobgether, a hospitality SaaS scale-up, seeks a Customer Success Manager for France. You own the post-implementation journey, drive adoption, retention and value, and collaborate with Account Management, Product, Support, Sales and Services in a fully remote, international environment.

You will monitor health signals, run business reviews, coordinate training, and help identify expansion opportunities, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and supporting renewal planning.
