Remote BD Team Lead — Seller Onboarding & Activation

TikTok Shop is seeking a Team Leader for Seller Onboarding & Activation in Paris, leading a remote team of 20–25 BD executives. You will define roles, hire criteria, and onboarding protocols tailored to remote work while enforcing a standardized inbound BD process and playbooks to maximize conversions.
